Culottes are a great addition to any girls dress to help keep her modest, or just to wear when she is out playing. Depending on size and fabric choice, prices varies from $8-14.

I would not recommend the style below for girls over the age of twelve to be worn without a dress. I have other styles available with pleats in the front and back for a more lady like look.
